Taj 51 exceeded expectations (not always easy for a 5star stay), my family loved it. This is so much better for family travel compared to a luxury hotel. The room itself is incredible, having a kitchen and washer/dryer is key for us. The location is also terrific, we could walk or train through London. The staff makes serious effort to ensure comfort and constant help.

Very nice high tea. A bit pricey for what you receive but a nice overall experience and they will bring extras if anything you want. Sandwiches were good to OK. Wish some flavours were a bit stronger...like the horseradish roast beef. Noticed a bit of an inconsistent experience depending on who was serving the table. Overall would do again for people new to London.

My partner and I went over to the Taj Spa on Valentine’s weekend and had such an amazing massage with Rebekah and Hidayah, honestly one of the best we’ve ever had. The team were super thoughtful too, especially since my partner had torn his ACL earlier in the year, and they really made sure he was comfortable. The spa itself is so calm and peaceful. The moment you walk in, you feel relaxed. We were greeted with water and tea, and the whole vibe just made us feel really well looked after. The booking was also really easy, even though I sorted it last minute. Big thanks to Tenzin for helping make it all smooth. I’d definitely recommend the Taj Spa for a massage, such a great experience!
Had an amazing 3 day new yesr break in this outstanding hotel.The service and attention to detail from all of the staff was superb booked a 3 bedroom suite which met and exceeded my expectations.The location 5 minutes walk from Parliament Square can't be beaten I highly recommend this hotel.Special mention to Alex and Dylan from the concierge team and particular big thanks to Matthew head of guest services.
I went to Taj London, St James’s Square for an interview and a trial at the same time, and I was accepted. It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is welcoming, and everything was very nice.
This is by far my favorite hotel in London. The service is both warm and very attentive. The suites/apartments really feel like a luxurious home away from home. Having a washer/dryer in the room was also a welcome surprise and very helpful. The happy hour at the bar and restaurant are lovely as well. Even during the recent tube strike I could walk to most of my scheduled events. I was sad to leave and look forward to my next visit.
